Standard delivery:
- Orders over $99 USD qualify for free shipping in the US.
- Orders over $199 USD qualify for free shipping in other countries.
- For orders below the specified amounts:
- US Market: $11.90 USD
- Other Markets: $16.90 USD
Express shipping:
- Customers seeking expedited shipping can upgrade via the provided link.
- Additional fees apply: $96 USD for the US (2-4 days), $89 USD for other countries (2-6 days).
Delivery time:
- US: 6-10 business days
- Europe, Canada, Australia: 6-15 business days
- Japan: 6-12 business days
- Other countries: 6-25 business days
Order processing time:
- Clothing processing time: 2-5 business days.
- Hand-embroidery clothing processing time: 4-8 business days.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. For national holidays, specific notices will be provided by us.
International taxes for orders outside Vietnam:
Customs and/or import duties and state taxes (if any) are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
