Make your Gaia purchase with the utmost peace of mind. We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any more questions.

Order Cancellations

  • To cancel your order, please email us at madebygaiavn@gmail.com within 1 day of the order placing date.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Return

  • Applies to full priced purchases only and excludes sale or clearance items
  • Item(s) are returned within 14-days of receiving the product
  • Item(s) are unwashed, or unused and in their original condition
  • Item(s) are returned with their original packaging
  • Return form completed in full to ensure your return is processed correctly
  • Not a custom product
  • Products are shipped to Vietnam according to our store address (Ha Noi, Vietnam), taxes and shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on duvet inners, pillow inners and mattress toppers

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged, in which case we will refund your purchase in full, including postage.

  • Ship products back to us within 14 days of delivery, once confirmed by email.
  • Request cancellation or any changes to the order within 1 day of purchase

Responsible and sustainable purchase

  • We make every effort to describe and photograph the things accurately. Please read the item descriptions carefully, and if you have any problems, please contact us before placing your order!
  • We strive to represent our products' colors as precisely as possible; but, resolution, print processes, and screen settings can all affect how an item is displayed, and color accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
  • If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please inform us and we will do everything that is possible to make it right!
  • We will offer you an exchange of the items or a refund. Please keep in mind that the items should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try it on), and that all labels and tags must be intact.
