AFTERCARE & RETURNS
- All sales are final as items are made-to-measure, no refund (except in cases of manufacturer defects).
- We offer up to $35 USD reimbursement for local alterations if needed.
CARE
- Gentle hand washing in cold water or dry cleaning is recommended for hand-embroidered pieces.
- If machine washing, turn the dress inside out and place it in a washing bag on a gentle cold cycle.
- Wash separately from items with zippers or hardware that may catch the embroidery.
- Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
- Do not wring or twist; allow the dress to air dry.
- Avoid steam and direct ironing on the embroidery. Press from the reverse side or use a pressing cloth.
