Custom-made process
• Step 1: Choose your dress style, color, and share your measurements with us.
• Step 2: Discuss any special details or customizations you’d like to include.
• Step 3: We’ll make your dress in your chosen color.
• Step 4: Based on your preferences, we’ll create an embroidery sketch on your dress, and share it with you for approval.
• Step 5: Choose your preferred embroidery thread color from our selection.
• Step 6: We’ll embroider, finalize your dress, take photos, and send them for your final approval before shipping.
Garment Care
To preserve the shape of embroidered details, dry cleaning is the best option. If you prefer hand washing:
• Soak the embroidered garment in cold water with a gentle detergent for 15 to 20 minutes.
• Lightly rub any stained areas, taking care not to apply pressure to the embroidery.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Lay the garment flat to dry in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight.

Exchange & Return
This is a made-to-measure order, so every sale is final. We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product does not match the size and measurements you provided.
- The items have not been washed or used, and all tags and labels are still attached.
- Products are shipped to Vietnam according to our studio address (Ha Noi, Vietnam).
- Products are returned to us as soon as they are delivered within 14 days.
Packaging
• Used cartons may be used to package products (and not with our logo). To reduce waste, we intend to reuse these boxes. Please contact us if you have any special packing needs.
• Gift wrapping available. If required, a message will be included.
