AFTERCARE & RETURNS

All sales are final as items are made-to-measure, no refund (except in cases of manufacturer defects).

CARE

Gentle hand washing in cold water or dry cleaning is recommended.

If machine washing, turn the embroidered dress inside out, place it in a washing bag and use a gentle cold cycle.

Wash separately from items with zippers or hardware that could catch the embroidery.

Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.

Do not wring or twist; air dry whenever possible.

Avoid steam and direct ironing over the embroidery. Iron from the reverse side or use a pressing cloth.
