AFTERCARE & RETURNS
- All sales are final as items are made-to-measure, no refund (except in cases of manufacturer defects).
- We offer up to $35 USD reimbursement for local alterations if needed.
CARE
- Hand wash gently in cold water or dry clean to help preserve the silk satin finish.
- Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
- Do not rub or wring the fabric.
- Air dry whenever possible.
- Iron on the reverse side or use a pressing cloth; avoid high direct heat on the silk satin.
